With a strong boxing background, I have a good understanding of what it means to stay consistent with training to see positive results. I have recently passed my Level 2 fitness instructor, so am keen to develop my learning and understanding along with the members and clients. I have worked at Banks O’ Dee for just over a year now, where I have created strong relationships with clients as well as taking part in a wide range of classes.

My further personal experience from my own personal trainers and instructors has shaped me to create clear goals and understand that progress is not an overnight process, it instead takes time and dedication.
