My fitness journey started when I moved to Aberdeen to study sport science at RGU. After joining BOD two years ago, I discovered my love for fitness by going to class such as spin and getting more involved with weight training. Since then, I’ve completed my degree and earned a level 2 gym instructor qualification.
I’m all about helping others smash their fitness goals while also working on my own progress both in and out of the gym. I’m excited to keep learning, earn more fitness qualifications, and start teaching classes to spread my enthusiasm and passion!
